For the past 20 years, he has been a sought after resource for organizations in the private and public sectors for his expertise in the areas of developing performance capabilities, progressive learning strategies, process improvement; on-the-job training, project leadership, data analytics, organization culture and technology enabled learning initiatives.
Peter has enjoyed success in corporate, nonprofit, and municipal organizations, with industry leaders such as; Wegmans Food Markets, Lowe's Home Improvement, General Motors, Procter & Gamble, Solo Cup, Kroger, Rochester City School District, Strong Memorial Hospital, and several learning institutions throughout the United States.
Peter has served in several international and local organizations, including; Institute of Industrial Engineering (President), The Boys and Girls Clubs of America (Executive Board Member), Strong Memorial Hospital, GVCC Diversity Board (Current Director), and of the Promise Company, a non-profit organization championing the educational needs of hospitalized children.
Design2Train, LLC an Instructional Design Agency founded in 2001, based in The Woodlands, TX (just north of Houston). Karen is the Founder and Chief eLearning Officer. She has 25+ years of training project management expertise and has 12+ years of corporate training leadership. She is a thirdgeneration educator with a passion for teaching with technology.
Design2Train is a federal certified woman owned business (WOSB and SDB). Karen has completed $2.2 Milion in state/federal contracts as a prime and sub-contractor for projects in: aviation, agriculture, and transportation. Design2Train corporate clients include Fortune 500 companies in: medical, energy, banking / financial services, insurance, and technology manufacturing.
Karen has taught as an adjunct professor for Graduate Level Education / Instructional Design courses for: National University, Chapman University, University of Phoenix. Twenty-five of her students went on to become technology leaders in their school districts. Karen holds a master's degree in Educational Technology from Texas A&M University.
