Once registered and logged in, here are the steps to create your Knowledge Avatar.
- Click on Create Knowledge Avatar at the top of the screen.
- Fill out the form.
- When completed you can start adding content. You have a 30-day free trial. You may cancel at any time.
- You don't have to add content if you want your bot to answer questions from its huge fountain of knowledge. You only need to train your bot if you want a custom bot.
- To add content, select New Concept at the top of the screen. Each new concept is another piece of knowledge for your bot. Keep on adding concepts.
Your bot's brain refreshes every 15 minutes. Keep that in mind. Give your bot time to absorb the information you provided.
